Question: Is the U.S. delegation, including Special Presidential Envoy Khalilzad, and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs Ryan Crocker in Iraq? 

Answer: The U.S. delegation, including Special Presidential Envoy Khalilzad and Deputy Assistant Secretary of Near Eastern Affairs Ryan Crocker are in Washington, DC. They have not yet departed for the conference.
