Answer: The last high-level meeting on immigration issues between the United States and Mexico took place in November 2002, during the U.S. and Mexico Bi-National Commission Meeting in Mexico City. However, there is an ongoing dialogue between our two countries at a variety of levels on the complete range of key bilateral issues.
