Press Briefing on Preparations for an Iraq Donors Conference

Alan P. Larson, Under Secretary for Economic, Business, and Agricultural Affairs, will brief the press on camera, on the record today at 3:30 p.m. regarding the September 3 Brussels Meeting to prepare for an October 23-24 Iraq donors conference. The briefing will be held in the Department of State Press Briefing Room (2209).

Press wishing to attend this briefing who do not have a State Department Building pass should arrive at the 23^rd Street entrance by 3:15 p.m. for access to the briefing room. Those attendees must be escorted out through the C Street lobby.

Media representatives may attend upon presentation of one of the following press credentials: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver's license or passport).
