Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to Address 18th Annual Briefing of the Overseas Security Advisory CouncilPLEASE NOTE REVISED TIME FOR SECRETARY POWELL'S REMARKS
Secretary Powell is now scheduled to speak at 8:45 a.m. The rest of the morning program will be adjusted accordingly.
Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will address the 18th Annual Briefing of the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) on Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 8:45 a.m. in the U.S. Department of State's Dean Acheson Auditorium.
The Briefing begins at 8:00 a.m. The morning sessions will be open for press coverage until the 10:00 a.m. break. The morning schedule is as follows:

The 23rd Street Entrance will open at 6:30 a.m. Press wishing to cover any of the above briefings must be in place by 7:30 a.m. Press must wait until the break at 10:00 a.m. to break down equipment. All media must depart the auditorium at the break.
Media representatives may cover this event upon presentation of either (1) a US Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a photo ID issued by the employing media organization, or (3) a letter on official letterhead from their news organization verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo ID (drivers' license or passport).
