Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to Travel to Spain

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will represent President Bush and the people of the United States at the memorial service for Spanish victims of the Madrid train bombing. The service will take place in Madrid on Wednesday, March 24. He plans no other stops on this trip.
