Question:  Can we confirm a meeting between the Secretary and TRNC "Prime Minister" Mehmet Ali Talat? What are the details?

Answer:  Secretary Powell will hold a meeting with the leader of the Turkish Cypriot community, Mehmet Ali Talat, on Tuesday, May 4, at the United Nations headquarters.
