Secretary of State Colin L. Powell To Deliver Commencement Address

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will deliver Wake Forest University's 162nd commencement address and receive an honorary doctor of laws degree during the university's May 17, 2004 commencement ceremony in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The outdoor ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. on University Plaza (the Quad). Members of the media are invited to attend, but must register with the Wake Forest News Service.
