Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to Travel to Quito, Ecuador, to Lead the U.S. Delegation to the Organization of American States General Assembly, June 7, 2004

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will visit Quito, Ecuador, on Monday, June 7, to lead the U.S. Delegation to the 34th Regular Session of the General Assembly of the Organization of American States. The Secretary will meet with key regional leaders to discuss matter of mutual concern and to take part in talks at the General Assembly. The Assembly will focus on corruption and its impact on democratic governance.
