Secretary of State Colin L. Powell to Deliver Keynote Address at 105th Convention of Veterans of Foreign Wars

Secretary of State Colin L. Powell will deliver the keynote address at the 105th Convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) in Cincinnati on Monday, August 16, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. Earlier in the day, Secretary Powell will also tour the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center in downtown Cincinnati.

There will be press coverage of both Secretary Powell’s tour of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and his banquet remarks to the VFW. PRESS: Please note the following information:
