Question:   Reaction to the reported arrest in Thailand of Chinese dissident Lu Decheng, allegedly at the request of the PRC?

Answer:   We are aware of reports of Lu Decheng’s arrest in Thailand, but have no further information at this time. We are looking into the matter.
