Saudi Arabia: Explosions in Riyadh

Question:   Details on today’s explosions in Riyadh?

Answer:   Two car bombs exploded in Riyadh today at around 8:30 p.m. local (12:30 p.m. EST). We have seen reports that at least one person was killed.

The American Embassy does not appear to have been targeted, and we have received no reports of American citizens injured in the attacks.

Refer you to the Saudi government for further details.
