Special Press Briefing by Assistant Secretary Christopher R. Hill

Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Christopher R. Hill will brief the press today, Friday, September 9, 2005, on the upcoming resumption of the Six-Party Talks. This briefing will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the press briefing room (room 2209) and will be on the record, on camera.

Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver’s license or passport).
