Burma: Health of Aung San Suu Kyi

Question:   Has the United States raised its concern over Aung San Suu Kyi's health with Burmese authorities?

Answer:   We are seeking to confirm reports that Aung San Suu Kyi may be ill. We have expressed our concern publicly about these reports, and will make sure Burmese authorities are aware of our views.
