Condolences on Plane Crash in Abuja, Nigeria

The United States extends its condolences to the families of all those killed in the ADC plane crash in Abuja on October 29.

Among those lost in this tragedy were the Sultan of Sokoto, members of his family, and a number of Nigerian Government officials.

The United States stands with the people of Nigeria at this difficult time and is prepared to assist the Nigerian Government in its investigation of this accident.
