Albania: Presidential Election

We congratulate the people and the parliament of Albania on the successful conclusion of the process of electing their new president.

This demonstration of strength and maturity by Albania's democratic institutions is a step forward for Albania on the path of Euro-Atlantic integration.

We look forward to working with the new president and continuing our cooperation with Albania's leadership to deepen the strong relations between our two countries.
