U.S.-Iran-Iraq Security Talks (Taken Question)

Question: What is the status of talks between the U.S. and Iran regarding security in Iraq? Will there be Ambassador-level talks in the near future?

Answer: We expect working-level talks to take place in the coming days in Baghdad. Ambassador Marcie Ries, Political-Military Counselor at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, will lead the U.S. delegation. An Ambassador-level meeting is not currently scheduled.
