Briefing on International Conference in Support of Afghanistan

Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Richard Boucher will brief the press at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, in the State Department’s press briefing room (2209) on the International Conference in Support of Afghanistan, which will take place in Paris on June 12. This briefing will be ON-THE-RECORD/ON-CAMERA.

Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) a U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense, or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification (driver's license or passport).
