New U.S. Permanent Representative to the OAS Hector Morales
Today, Mr. Hector E. Morales, Jr. presented his credentials at the OAS to serve as the United States’ Permanent Representative. Mr. Morales brings with him extensive experience from both public and private sectors.
Most recently, Mr. Morales served as the United States’ Executive Director at the Inter-American Development Bank. He has more than fifteen years of experience as a businessman and a lawyer in the United States and Latin America. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School Of Law and his Bachelor’s of History from Columbia College, in New York.
