Dallas Passport Agency Inaugurated

The Dallas Passport Agency, which opened its doors on July 13, was inaugurated on September 3 by Department of State Under Secretary of State for Management Patrick F. Kennedy and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Passport Services Brenda S. Sprague.

The Dallas Passport Agency is located in downtown Dallas at 1100 Commerce Street, Suite 1120. It is the twenty-second passport issuance facility in the United States. The Agency has the capability to issue passport books and passport cards on-site to customers who have emergency travel needs and to those who have planned departures within 14 days. Customers who wish to visit the agency must provide proof of travel and have a confirmed appointment. Appointments may be scheduled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through the Department’s automated appointment system at 1-877-487-2778.
