Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will visit the Manhattan Charter School in New York City on Tuesday, September 8 at 11:00 a.m. as President Barack Obama delivers his national address on educational success, challenging students to work hard, set educational goals and take responsibility for their learning. President Obama will deliver his address at 12:00 p.m. from Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia. It will be broadcast live on www.whitehouse.gov/live and C-SPAN.
