The launch and reception will take place from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in the West Terrace at the United Nations in New York, and is open to the press. Members of the press interested in covering the launch event should arrive at the United Nations Visitors Entrance on First Avenue and East 46th Street by 12:30 p.m. on September 15.
