Question: Has the State Department spoken to Cypriot government officials after they released a suspect in the Russia-U.S. spy case on bail?

Answer: We have expressed our disappointment to Cypriot government officials that fugitive Christopher Robert Metsos was released on bail and appears to have fled as a result.
