Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver a foreign policy speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in Washington, D.C. on September 8 at 9:30 a.m. After her remarks, Council President Richard N. Haass will moderate a question and answer session with council members.

The event will be open to credentialed members of the media and webcast live on www.state.gov. Video camera coverage of the event will be pooled. All media must RSVP to DCPressRSVP@cfr.org. Outlets interested in being part of the video pool should indicate interest in their RSVP.
Final access time for journalists and still photographers: 8:30 a.m.
