The United States and Colombia have concluded the first round of working group meetings as part of our High Level Partnership Dialogue. Delegations from the two nations had excellent and productive discussions in the working groups on human rights and good governance, energy, and science and technology. The United States and Colombia look forward to a second round of the High Level Partnership Dialogue working group meetings, hosted by the United States, to take place in the first half of 2011.
