Dr. Anne-Marie Slaughter, Director, Policy Planning; and Donald Steinberg, Deputy Administrator, USAID will discuss the release of the first Quadrennial Diplomacy and Development Review (QDDR) during this live webcast. The discussion will be moderated by Philip J. Crowley, Assistant Secretary of State, Bureau of Public Affairs.
