U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Affairs Robert O. Blake, Jr. will be in Dushanbe, Tajikistan April 11-12, 2011 to lead the U.S. delegation at the second Annual Bilateral Consultations.

While in Dushanbe, Assistant Secretary Blake will also meet local business representatives, political party leaders, and international donors.
