Rose Gottemoeller, Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance will travel to Vienna, Austria, on July 1. There she will deliver a keynote address at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe’s (OSCE) Annual Security Review Conference, highlighting the importance of arms control in Europe.
In Berlin, Germany, July 2, she will also speak at the Pugwash Conference on Science and World Affairs on Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty issues. During her travel she will consult with a number of European counterparts on current security issues.
