Special Envoy for Combating and Monitoring Anti-Semitism Hannah Rosenthal is traveling to Sarajevo and Srebrenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina from July 10 to 14.
Special Envoy Rosenthal will meet with Jewish community members and deliver remarks at the Centropa Program, a gathering of approximately 70 teachers, museum educators, and pedagogical experts from 14 countries dedicated to preserving Jewish memory in Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Balkans and the Baltics. In Sarajevo, Special Envoy Rosenthal will also meet with the Minister of Education as well as civil society and the media. She will also attend the Srebrenica Commemoration Ceremony on July 11.
