Rose Gottemoeller, Assistant Secretary of State for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance will travel to Vienna, Austria, September 27-30 to attend the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty Review Conference. She will also attend meetings on the margins of the Review Conference, discussing arms control issues of mutual interest.
