On October 14, 2011, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will deliver a major address on the role of economics in our foreign policy to the Economic Club of New York. Secretary Clinton will outline how the United States uses economic statecraft to enhance our global leadership and renew our economic strength at home, delivering for the American people.
The event will take place at approximately 8:30 a.m. at the Sheraton New York, in New York City. The event will be open to credentialed members of the media. Media must RSVP to Sabrina@econclubny.org by Thursday, October 13, at 5:00 p.m.
Andrew H. Tisch, Co-Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Executive Committee at Loews Corporation and Economic Club Chairman, will preside and introduce Secretary Clinton. Following her remarks, Secretary Clinton will answer questions from the audience.
