Special Representative for Global Intergovernmental Affairs Reta Jo Lewis is traveling in India from November 28 through December 2 in collaboration with Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley’s trade mission, which will include over 100 Maryland business leaders, educators, and elected officials.
Special Representative Lewis will pursue potential partnerships that are key steps toward improving state-to-state engagement between the United States and India.
