The Obama Administration is working to build a modern, more efficient, more effective United Nations. On Friday, January 20, U.S. Representative to the United Nations for UN Management and Reform Joseph M. Torsella will discuss next steps in the Administration’s agenda for reforming the United Nations in an era of expanding global demands and limited global resources. This event will be held at the Council on Foreign Relations (1777 F St, NW) in Washington D.C. from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Members of the press are invited to attend, but are required to RSVP by 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 20, to DCPressRSVP@cfr.org. Please indicate if you will attend in person or dial in to the listen-only conference call.
