Acting Under Secretary for Arms Control and International Security Rose Gottemoeller will travel to Vienna, Moscow, Tallinn, and London from March 26 to April 5. While visiting these capitals she will discuss issues of mutual interest, including the future of conventional arms control in Europe, with arms control counterparts.
In Vienna, she will speak at a reception in honor of the 20th Anniversary of the Open Skies Treaty, hosted by the Governments of Canada and Hungary.
In Moscow and Tallinn, Acting Under Secretary Gottemoeller will speak to students at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and at the Estonian Information Technology College on arms control in the information age.
