Special Representative for Global Intergovernmental Affairs Reta Jo Lewis will travel to China, September 3-15. She will visit Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou.
In Beijing, Special Representative Lewis will meet with Chinese government officials to promote subnational partnerships. On September 11, she will travel to Chengdu to meet with Sichuan province officials and to participate in the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC) Friendship Cities Conference. Special Representative Lewis will travel to Guangzhou September 13 to meet with local officials.
