Special Advisor for Children’s Issues, Ambassador Susan Jacobs will visit Costa Rica from October 1-3.
While in Costa Rica, Special Advisor Jacobs will meet with government and judicial officials to discuss international parental child abduction and implementation of the Hague Abduction Convention.
