Dr. Tomicah Tillemann, Secretary Clinton's Senior Advisor for Civil Society and Emerging Democracies, will visit Vilnius, Lithuania from December 3 -5, 2012.
During his trip, Dr. Tillemann will speak on democracy support at a meeting of political directors from Nordic and Baltic countries that will be held in conjunction with Lithuania's chairmanship of the Enhanced Partnership in Northern Europe (e-PINE). Dr. Tillemann will also participate in roundtable and bilateral discussions with members of civil society, government, academia, and the media.
