Deputy Secretary of State Bill Burns is in Algiers, Algeria and Manama, Bahrain December 5-9. In both countries, he will discuss a host of bilateral and regional issues with senior government officials as well as members of political parties and civil society. In Bahrain, he will also lead the U.S. delegation to the 8th Manama Dialogue December 7-8.
