The Advisory Committee on Historical Diplomatic Documentation will meet in open session at the Department of State, 2201 C Street NW, Washington, D.C., in Conference Room 1205 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the following dates this year: February 25, June 4, September 9, and December 9, 2013.

The Committee will discuss declassification and transfer of Department of State records to the National Archives and Records Administration and the status of the Foreign Relations of the United States series.

Members of the public planning to attend any of the meetings should refer to the Federal Register notice published at 78 FR 1298 (Public Notice #8142) for instructions, including information pertaining to notification deadlines, reasonable accommodations, and forms of acceptable identification for entry into the Department of State.
