Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration Anne C. Richard will travel to Atlanta, Georgia on February 8-9, 2013.
In Atlanta, Assistant Secretary Richard will deliver the keynote address at a conference of the Young Leaders of the World Affairs Council of Atlanta. The conference is titled “World Refugee Crisis: Conflict, Consequences and Cooperation” and is scheduled for Saturday, February 9th, 2013 from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at The Commerce Club.
The conference is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of the evolution of refugee crises globally and how refugee crises affect the United States.
