U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov have agreed to meet in Berlin, Federal Republic of Germany, on February 26.

Secretary Kerry and Foreign Minister Lavrov will discuss a wide range of bilateral and international issues.
