Ambassador Robert King, Special Envoy for North Korean Human Rights Issues, will travel to Geneva March 10-14 to participate in the UN Human Rights Council’s 22nd Session. On March 11, the UN Human Rights Council will review the human rights record of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (D.P.R.K.).
