Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver remarks focused on the U.S. policy of partnership and engagement with the Western Hemisphere during an appearance at the Organization of American States at 11 a.m. on November 18.
The event will be co-hosted by the OAS and Inter-American Dialogue.
The audience will comprise members of the policy, diplomatic, business, and academic communities.
