Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver remarks focused on the U.S. policy of partnership and engagement with the Western Hemisphere during an appearance at the Organization of American States at 11 a.m. on November 18.

The event will be co-hosted by the OAS and Inter-American Dialogue.

The audience will comprise members of the policy, diplomatic, business, and academic communities.

The event will be open to the press. Media interested in covering the event are encouraged to RSVP to oaspress@oas.org

Pre set for video cameras: 10:00 a.m. from the C Street Entrance between 17th and 18th street of the Organization of American States.

Final access time for journalists and still photographers: 10:30 a.m. from the C Street Entrance between 17th and 18th street of the Organization of American.

Media representatives may attend this event upon presentation of one of the following: (1) A U.S. Government-issued identification card (Department of State, White House, Congress, Department of Defense or Foreign Press Center), (2) a media-issued photo identification card, or (3) a letter from their employer on letterhead verifying their employment as a journalist, accompanied by an official photo identification card (driver's license, passport).
