Secretary of State John Kerry will open the fourth round of the U.S.-Colombia High-Level Partnership Dialogue together with Colombian Foreign Minister Maria Holguin on February 28, 2014, at the Department of State.
Secretary Kerry and Foreign Minister Holguin will deliver remarks at 9:00 a.m. The Secretary’s remarks on the breadth of the bilateral relationship will include the announcement of two multi-million dollar investments that will complement Colombia’s efforts to create opportunity in regions recovering from conflict.
The opening remarks and joint press availability will be open to the press.
