Some government's already have, sort of through history, an existing relationship with certain leaders in Afghanistan with which they have worked with as head of the whole country. We don't have that situation. But I think, we all look forward to the formation of a broad base government. The formation of interim arrangements, so that all of us can establish that kind working relationship with a new governing authority in Afghanistan.
