Secretary Clinton appointed David L. Goldwyn as Coordinator for International Energy Affairs. Coordinator Goldwyn and his staff will be responsible for elevating energy diplomacy as a key function of the State Department through leading and coordinating a Department-wide approach to traditional, new and nuclear energy security.
