The Fiscal Year 2006 Performance Summary is a joint performance plan of the Department of State and the U.S. Agency for International Development. This collaborative effort presents their plans to accomplish policy and program performance goals for FY 2006 within the context of their common strategic planning framework. The Performance Summary is designed to be consistent with the President's FY 2006 budget request, and is in accordance with the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
