PART Performance Measures	Long Term Measures: Four additional countries to deploy the Tracker Software by FY 2007. Five more active projects to destroy dangerous materials (not including nuclear safeguards) by FY 2007. Annual Measures: Deploy tracker software in additional countries. Efficiently implement all long-term projects to eliminate, destroy, remove or secure all proliferation and strategic threats.
