Special acknowledgement goes to our partners in RM/GFS. Global Financial Services personnel stationed throughout the world (Charleston, Bangkok, Paris and Washington) have contributed significantly to this year's financial operations and annual report. These contributions are particularly significant in light of the relocation of our core Washington, DC based operations to Charleston in FY 2004.
