The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief is working in over 120 countries to combat HIV/AIDS. Through partnerships with host nations, the Emergency Plan is creating hope for a brighter future. “Stories of Hope” show the impact America's commitment is having on men, women and children around the world.
