Pursuant to the authority in Section 527(g) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act of FY 1994 and 1995, delegated to the Secretary of State by a Presidential Memorandum dated July 26, 1994, the Secretary has determined that it is in the national interest of the United States to waive for one year the prohibitions on assistance and support contained in subsections (a) and (b) of Section 527 of the Act with respect to Nicaragua.
